About the role

The main priority within the Marketing team at Supahands is to promote our Databolt image annotation service. In order to achieve this goal, we are seeking a savvy and experienced B2B content writer to scale up the development of valuable and relevant content.

Your primary responsibility is to manage the development of the content through outsourced writers by guiding them with content strategy, thoughtful briefs, and writing guidelines. You will report to the Head of Marketing and work alongside our Product, Engineering and Sales teams to understand how our products serve our clients.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop content strategies for the full range of the B2B marketing playbook: lead generation, user demand generation, backlink campaigns, on-page SEO, LinkedIn, event sponsorships, influencer content co-creation, social group outreach, podcast outreach, reputation management, partnership marketing, partner enablement, and sales enablement.
  • Support email marketing and performance marketing specialists with content strategies and content for their workflows and digital ad campaigns
  • Create fully researched briefs and writing guidelines for outsourced writers.
  • Edit content by outsourced and in-house writers with constructive feedback.
  • Locate and coach outsourced writers on Contentfly, Upwork, Scripted, Contently, or other sources.
  • Think creatively to repurpose content into new formats across different channels, including webinars, demo videos, infographics, and cheat-sheets.
  • Advise data analysts on effective segmentation of marketing contact lists.
  • Analyze campaign data to determine what works and what doesn’t, then develop ways to optimize content and content strategy.
  • Research industry trends to implement best practices in content marketing to develop training materials for in-house marketers.
  • Drive the development of marketing initiatives to acquire more users, retain the users we already have, and expand their usage of our platform.

You should come with

  • At least 2 years of experience working with buyer personas to develop relevant and valuable B2B content for technical and C-suite target audiences (this includes marketing white papers, case studies, industry reports, cheat sheets, explainer videos, webinars etc)
  • Experience with a data-driven approach to content strategy and content development.
  • Proven expertise in content strategy development across a wide range of the B2B marketing playbook.
  • Familiarity with tools including Jira, Coda, Semrush, and HubSpot or similar.


Bonus points if you have

  • Technical and applicable knowledge of SEO.
  • Experience marketing or selling to technical personas (developers, data scientists etc.).
  • Experience communicating and working closely with a Tech team.
